Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LipSync Video ("the Service"), operated by LipSync Video ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LipSync Video is an AI-powered platform that provides tools for creating lip-synced videos, talking photos, animated cartoon characters, pet lip sync videos, baby podcast videos, drawing animations, and dialogue videos. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase or earn credits to generate content.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our AI tools to generate content. Credit costs vary by tool and content duration. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Purchased credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Generate deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their explicit consent
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission
  • Create content involving minors in any inappropriate context

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the original content you upload to the Service (images, audio, video). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Content generated through our AI tools is owned by you, subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

7. Content Storage and Deletion

Generated content is stored in your account library for your convenience. We reserve the right to delete content that violates these Terms. You can delete your content at any time from your library. We may implement storage limits and retention policies, which will be communicated to you in advance.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools may not always be perfect or accurate. AI-generated results can vary in quality. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or quality levels. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or distributing it. You acknowledge that AI technology has inherent limitations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by LipSync Video and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LipSync Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LipSync Video operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
