At LipSync Video, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for credits and subscriptions purchased on our platform.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits are the currency used to access our AI tools. The following refund terms apply to credit purchases:
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Once credits have been used to generate content, they are considered consumed and are non-refundable
- Partially used credit packages may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion within the 7-day window
- Free or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds
3. Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan, the following terms apply:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period after cancellation
- If you cancel within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund provided you have not consumed more than 10% of the included credits
4. Technical Issues
We understand that technical issues can occur. If you experience problems with our Service:
- If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account
- If the generated content quality is significantly below expected standards due to a system issue, contact our support team for a credit refund
- Credits consumed due to user error (e.g., uploading incorrect files) are generally not refundable, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@lipsyncvideo.ai
- Include your account email address and the transaction details
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or details about technical issues
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results where the system performed as expected (AI results can vary)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Repeated refund requests that appear to be abusive

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
